I tried to do the latest update but when it downloaded it failed to install. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall the program and I am still getting the same problem on my EVO. I am using the latest android OS.

I had the same problem with my Evo. Uninstall Pocket Legends. Turn off the phone, unmount the SD card. Turn phone back on and install Pocket Legends. After DL and installation is complete turn phone back off and remount SD card. Then turn phone back on. This will solve your problem. Also will work with any other app that you get an error 18 on.
