It has to do with the inventory available on Android vs. iOS. Tapyjoy tells up there will be a lot more available early next year.

I was having some problems with an app, I downloaded it, played with it for a bit and went back, but it didn't refresh away, I restarted PL and what not and the offer was gone and I had 0 plat, first time it happens, great addition tho, I love it, thanks STS and Tapjoy :).
