I just got an issue about on Mom event,,I akready got a bunch of flower boquet but i cant trade with it nor do the quest again

Yea..the mothers day quest was a one time thing. So once u complete, you cant do the quest again nor get another vanity
Just liquidate the extra bouquet

As Samhayne mentioned in this (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?153616-Cannot-complete-day-one-mother-quest) thread, it is no longer a daily quest at this time. If you have an extra bouquet, you can simply liquidate the item.
