A man decides to build the house of his dreams, he works on it day and night. When he finished the house it was a engineering marvel with all the walls facing south. Proud of his work he sat on his patio with a glass of lemonade. Suddenly a bear comes walking by and terrifies the man. He never left that house again and passed away in the tomb he built himself. Now, what color is the bear?

I'm not in this guild and you said dragon fire guild only but as no one answered, the bear is WHITE!
All walls facing South indicate North Pole, therefore bears living in arctic conditions are polar bears, hence white.
