Didn't receive platinum from purchase offer. Contacted nativex help 5 days ago and still no response!! Is there anyone else I can contact for platinum issues? Thanks.

Emailed last saturday and still haven't received my platinum or a response from Nativex. The wait time says 3 days. Is spacetime support able to help with this at all?

No, they are not in charge of getting you your platinum if it is not specifically from their company. Sorry bro :(

Also seems the Nativex interface needs to be fixed. Receiving your platinum should not be hit or miss.
