From what I have heard is chest splitter deals the most damage out of all abilities but also burns the most mana because it is used too frequently. If you continualy find yourself running out of mana I would revert to skyward smash or axe throw whichever one you don't have. Btw I'm starting out too, don't just listen to my word, I'm still learning as well.

axe throw its good, but not better than chest or windmill when having clash with another guild

Low damage, long cooldown, locks up your skills because it takes so long to use.
