Tradable luck elix & lep

so I am just curious do these two stack? I dont think they do but I'm just curious because when I use both I have just as much as when I buy with plat and use lep so those stack

On lep it says stacks with luck elixir or whatever so probably, since kits are tradeable elixirs

Lepre give 15% luck, elixir luck give 25% so you have 40% luck when farming ^^
