Hi all, need only an info, i opened a 60m combo chest, the new ones. I didnt want opened it, that was a mistake, is possible to recover it as a chest? Thanks for answers :)

Oh, 60 min NOT 60 m....got it. Depends if you used it or not but you shouldnt be asking us, you should email support. They are the ones with the power.

i think you can recovery back if you didnt used it...

samething like that happened me and i just closed that char and 3 rd day sts recovery it... on the mail supports mostly they are helping in 1-3 day

NOT : Sametimes i have negative mesages about happens. but allways said on my old threads - i played almost every company games, you know so bigger companys there but they are mostly ignoreing player problems.. but sts is most greater about mod / devs helps <<<<

They will recover for you for sure without restricting your ability to play, so no need to log off that character. My plat was recovered before about elixir and that time I still used the elixir. They are considerate to know we hate being restricted from playing :)
