Elite vanities

I want to ask the devs why aren't elite vanities transferable.

The max is 3 piece ring. I have 5 elite vanities. Why can I not have one moved to my second character.

Especially when "there's no cap on the horizon" and when you get screwed over by sts and lose opportunity to cap

1) nobody got screwed over all good things have to come to a end eventually regardless
2) should of capped on both chars I guess

1) You get wrongfully banned and by the time you get unbanned cap has been raised

2) You had the intent of capping both and that was made impossible

I understand where you're coming from but my situation is a little different than most.

My opportunity to cap was taken away by the devs. Not by not bringing out new caps. But by handing me the "banhammer" and then reversing it. Well after the new cap came out. I'm sure some of you will say "oh you deserved it". If I got my acc back and an apology. Did I still deserve it?
