Can someone explain what these chests do? I received them during the 8-Bit Salute Stream and I have no idea if I should open these or not :p

I think the description at the bottom is pretty clear - but yea, do what Rob suggested or during a 2x chance weekend.

The reqs to get one change from time to time. It used to be getting them for platinum purchases I believe.
