Maxing out crippling slash for me is useless because it only like adds 10 dmg well that does to regen too but what if your slash missed or failed but regen wouldnt

Same could go for SMS, but I agree that SMS is more needed in points because A. cripple has longest cd and B. you only need to use it in some situations, not as much needed as SMS

Ah this is the point I'll tell you why you need max sms. It's the combo.

But +30-40 hp doesnt affect a fight imo, not when your enemy deal 100dmg/hit.

If those 5 pints you're talking about is the SMS, no it isn't better in restore. Max SMS not only is a 100% stun chance but also lowers the enemies armor and has a large amount of damage. It is an important addition to your hs and cb debuffs.

Ok last thing if you're 56 or 61 demo mace set or strongman set use this combo at Mages sometimes kills hell scream cb super mega beckon stomp PS only works for 4 beckon.
