I used any money for any apps/games besides PSX4DROID and Pocket Legends, but I have Beautiful Widgets, ADW Launcher Pro, Picsay Pro, and many others I didn't have to pay for.
I hope this isn't breaking ToS. P2P happens everywhere.
Go on 4shared.com and search "apk" which is the file extension for android apps. The only reason this method will not work for you is if you have a really really old phone and it does not let you install apps/games from an unknown source outside Android Market.
