Heya!
A suggestion for the new skill system, how about skill procs.
This will make the game a mixture of randomness and cause any battle to have a twisted outcome :).

E.g
Heal for warrior - everytime it heals over time normal 5% chance of 1 second shield of invulnerability and 10% chance if charged
Jug - while activated if hit by 4-5 enemies at one time chance to ?? Heal all health, push all enemy's away with a roar and chance to stun?
Mage fireball - chance to set the user on fire giving them 5% extra speed and damage for certain amount of time?
Ice - chance to slow cool down on enemy's skills or stop them completly for a second or two
Clock - while in the area enemy's movement becomes disorientated (backwards is forwards vice versa causing a chance of skills to go in the wrong direction)
Curse - chance for acid rain to come out causing low damage over time
Lightning bolt - chance to zap 3 little bolts instead of one
Nox - 3% gives us chance to bypass 1 hit or 1 stun

Maybe we could have chains one proc has 10% charge leads to 5% chance on another and 1% chance for ultimate proc!
This would finally allow mages to kill a warrior!
