Cant install due to no room!?!?

Ok I have a mytouch 3G and I redid my phone to factory..and I still get an error saying not enough space on my phone how is that possible when i have nothing on my phone lol??? Some help is greatly appreciated

Go manually check to see how much space you have. Some things get backed up

We require over 100-140MB to install. Try rebooting your phone. Some things may get cleaned up on a reboot.

I have over 109mb of free space...no reason it should not install...or how do i save to sd card
