best sword for lvl 15 twink now

so I decided to create a new war and gonna do twink at lvl 15 but im having a hard time deciding which is the best weapon now for a lvl 15 war... before I know storm sword and capt axe were reigning over other weapons but now I don't know whether if there is a much better weapon available.... its hard to tell when there are no available in cs so need help on this one..

storm sword of potency the best as i know till today . dws? its just give u good status :) the proc? rarely happens :)

1st: devo maul is not an axe
Its a maul a.k.a hammer
2nd: best sword should be dark watch sword... it cost a ton though...
I would recommend u get either dws or storm sword..
