anytime i need help from support they don't.
i dont want to be avoided i want my problem to be solved
well the fact that i've been contacting them for a 'Long Time' i'm seeing signs of avoidance

You're probably still pestering them about a account that got banned that's why... Take it on the chin and play the account you got now before they ban this one as well as you shoudnt in theory be playing now
