Regarding the new coming event (low levels)

Actually, in the coming new Events, anyone out of the tutorial (level 2 and up) will be able to participate in the Event.

No, not true, mythics will drop from locked and other new type event chest.

Well, now that you've opened that can of worms, does that mean there is going to be gear available from the event at those levels too? or will 5 be the minimum like in the winter event?

The minimum lvl for gear was lvl 10.
I did kill solo 2 times wolf boss with my lvl7 mage twink during winter event. The portal to winter bosses was not closed for low lvl.
But the map where u did your quest for halloween and winter event had minimal requirement to lvl10.

Check the may producers post. They are adding content that everyone can do "events". Really cool 'cause you don't have to be maxed out and you won't get bored of running the same levels over and over. Addresses one of the reasons I haven't played Pl or DL in forever

I hope there is worthy stuff (stats-wise) to be looted by low levels as well as high levels. Loved the Tarlok event. Looking forward to this.
