Hey Spacetime,

I didn't get any account confirmation email from my e-mail, even in junk folder, How can I get one resent? I already buy two dungeon pack, please help with this issue, i had wrote mail to support@spacetimestudis.com.

It looks like your account is verified now, so you should be good to go.

I told it to resend yours wowman - if you still haven't gotten it in a few minutes, email support@spacetimestudios.com from the email address you used for your account and they'll fix you up.

Please also check the Account Verification (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?186-Account-Verification) post to find more information about what to do and things to try if you are having trouble setting up your account.

Cheeseman, from the Account Verification post (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?186-Account-Verification), we suggest you:


If it is misspelled, you can edit your email address via the Edit Account option in the Options screen on the main page. If you change your email address and your account is unverified, verification emails will be sent to the new email address.

I just set it to resend for you - if you don't see the email before long, please email support@spacetimestudios.com from the email address you set for your account and they'll fix you up.

lol I didn't mean that part! It said it takes a few days. Then i saw this thread and noticed Futumsh was responding and sending verifications right away. I sent an email to support as well

I never received a confirmation e-mail on the first e-mail I used to sign-up with, so I modified my account with a secondary e-mail I have, and no e-mail has come regarding confirmation in over 4 hours. Is this normal? :(

We will only do account validations from the email that matches the game account name sent to support@spacetimestudios.com.
