I am planning to respec of course, but not exactly sure which way to go. I'm looking to build a dex avian(and not quite sure if INT increases skill damage so if anyone can answer that for me, thank you).

I mostly use Shattering Scream + Break Armor + Blast Shot in combat.

Any suggestions? Or is this a fail bird? xD

looks to me like you are aiming for a dex bird, or pure. just go all dex statwise, get a frozen nightmare leather or a swamp leather.

Yes, you need 0 int no matter what.

Some people like some str for extra health, I tried that for a while but the small gain in health is useless. Birds in my opinion are best with all dex.

Put some specs on Meditation too, saves you mana potions. But restore doesn't help at all, that was my first mistake.
