With new dungeons and plans for new levels (up to 100 maybe?) I was wondering when PL started, and what the highest player level was. How often where new levels levels added?

Heres is the evolution of PL don't remember the first levels though. There was a post in the forums about Cinco (or another dev) saying it all started at an airport when they thought about the game.
