Hi can someone please help!!! I've been stuck on one lvl my XP isnt building up which is preventing me from goin to the next lvl. Any suggestions of what could be the problem?

buy the next area. you are stuck at the level cap of xp gain of that area. every area adds about 5 levels, and 3 levels of lowered xp gain. let me guess, lv18?

No im stuck in Balefort Castle lvl 23. I already bought the next lvl still nothing

That's indeed a weird bug. Have you tried, uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

No you won't lose everything. Don't worry. All accounts and characters are stored online. :)

or are you hunting for your level. like you cant go to dark forest or forest anymore for xp

There is no bug. Balefort is for level 15-20.
That means at level 23 you're a bit high for there and that is the maximum level for getting xp for that area.
Forest Haven is levels 1-10, meaning you stop getting xp at level 13.
Dark Forest is level 11-15, meaning you stop getting xp at level 18.
Balefort is level 15-20, meaning you stop getting xp at level 23. You are here.
Next will be Fathom, which is 20-25, meaning you get xp until you are level 28.
You should be moving on before you hit the level cap anyways.
