Farming low level pinks

Question. I have 3 characters and I want to use the high lvl one to farm pinks for the other 2 to use. The thing is when I go back to a low level dungeon to farm them I end up getting pinks for the lvl character that I am using. Is this normal?

Are you talking about farming toyman? Because he is scaled to the highest level in your group. So if your using a level 50 he will drop level 50 items.

That should not happen in dark forest.

In the options menu there is the option to turn off XP gain. I guess you could use this to lock your character to the level of pinks you want to farm.

Are you running the king's forest map? That area drops level 29 pinks iirc. I know I got a dreamers bone staff from the troll king there. Maybe that's your problem. Try going through the regular campaign maps and the hidden grate area.

There is some sort of something, I'm not sure if you would call it scaling, in the lower level dungeons. It's not exactly like the Toy Man. There's an upper limit, so like level 10 for Forest Haven, etc. And some levels do drop higher level gear...
