This is NOT the accual medal but it looks pretty close.
Differences are im not from British Columbia and its not like a military one it goes around your neck.
Heres the story behind it.
I was walking to the local store and i have to walk by the neighborhood river inorder to get there. An old lady was walking across the ice on the river (I have no idea why) and the ice caved in. I dived in after her and saved her life because there was no one else around. Spent a couple hours in hospital just to make sure im okay and im fine not sure about her though. The mayor gave me a medal and it looks somewhat like this. Cant show you real one (Phone was on me so doesnt work anymore).

maybe you just saw it and tooka pic of it and said it wasnt that one but it looked like it but why are you showing off? not to be negetive it seems that way to me

Posted for a friend who wanted to see. But thanks for showing how you would react to a 17 year old girl saving a ladies life.
Nice, I'm jealous! If Dev's feel like giving away a pocket legends shield, deathrises should get it :p.

it isnt that im just saying about the mayor and medal unless its a small town and if it is a frozev river wouldnt you get close to hyperthemia

I didnt get Hypothermia. Sheeshh-.- its a small town as i again repeat. Hospital was not that far.

You don't want to ever be put in a life or death situation. The adrenaline rush along with panic is not a good feeling.
Had that experience a few times. Saved a man from drowining in a pool. And pushing someone away from a speeding car.
It's not a fun... Trust me... Also glad to hear that someone is doing there part to help people. Most people tend to be abystander so good work.
My hat goes off to you.

Well... I got her to change her mind (really I just cancelled her ticket and rebooked it again for the next day, LMAO) If she finds out she will probably be mad but w/e, I wanted to spend new year's together so Sheraton it is.
