Shadowlurk working like Scorn?

Unless this is just a hidden "feature," which I don't think it is, when I use Shadowlurk's AA, it gives me the 20% crit for the 5seconds, the 20% damage for 8 seconds, but it also takes 20% armor away for 8 seconds. Is this a glitch, or is this really how Shadowlurk works? I thought Scorn was the only one that took the armor away.

Could this be another small glitch of the new client update?

Imho, the armor reduce on scorn should removed also. Shadowlurk gives the same 20% plus 20% crit, so scorn still worse.
