Guild interactivity

Please i think guilds will be more interactive if we (masters and officers) can put message into the guild Hall in something like a table-note because i cant see all people online and i want to tell them something...other people can use this for make rules or important messages...i think it wouldnt be hard to implement. Thanks anyways.
