I decided to keep both to be able to adjust better. If the amulet receives the 100 HP increase when the 1 HP increase is fixed, this just might be my new amulet for elites. IMO, the pavise-type proc that obviously favors warriors is too random to rely on - better view it as an added luck bonus.
