Didn't mean it was like steels, I know I never did reroll for one.
Also for some reason I've always gotten more on toons that had no combo or luck.
Edit- I have a screen shot of re rolling on a gem vanity, but that's pink vanity not blue, so apparently there's a few differences possibly.

Blue vanity such as Easter ears do not get reroll, they're on a separate drop table
Pink vanities such as dragon armor and gem regalia can be rerolled since they're pink items
This is why I was surprised at first when I found out the starry armors were blues

How the heck do you get so many dragons xyzther. I've only found one after I used to farm there every day for months. Only one I even saw drop was the one time I got one.
