I played the free version for a few days then bought $30 of platinum, woke up this morning and am now banned. I want a contact number or email to reach someone about this. I received no email explaining why my account was banned and I want to talk to a representative about this issue.

When STS ban someone, they could e-mail the person so it would eliminate all the useless posts : "Why am I banned?" :P
