Nox/Fireball dot penetration

The dot effect of Nox Shot and Fireball no longer penetrate pve energy shields.

No clue, I also noticed and added to my topic. You can no longer draw a shielded mob's attention with that DoT.

Yes, this is a severe problem for solo artists, like myself, and any midrange party that runs out of statues against Krom.

Essentially, this change has made Undim Fields impossible to solo.
