View Full Version : Chat box on UI is half-empty?

When the chat box's size is minimal (3-line) the top two lines have text, the bottom line is empty. The other two sizes have 3 empty text lines on the bottom.

Lol(spacebar) just close it up 1 slot, this isn't even a technical issue

Well, i've never seen this before today, and it's actually quite annoying.

This isnt some text error because it remains after a new message reaches my chat feed.

If it's not a bug, then what is it?

Yea, on my ipad, the minimum is two lines of text, now i see two lines of text with extra space for one line at the bottom

This is new. Happened after the yesterdays patch. It is very annoying. I'm sure it will be fixed shortly. Not sure if this extra space or the goblin event panel in the top center of the screen annoys me more. No, wait, it's definitely the goblin event panel. Let us hide it totally or move it somewhere appropriate.

Thanks for making a thread on this. I will add it to the Know Issues list so people know we are aware of the issue. Actually, we caused it. Long story short, the chat background will nicely scale and fit to your text on whatever size screen you are playong on after the next client (that also fixes crafting and pets on iOS) goes live.
