Goblin Event Info Panel

The goblin event panel on our screen is in a horrible and annoying place. Go run elites and you can't see the boss health. Its big and in the middle of our screen. Sure you can minimize it but it's still annoying to me. We should be able to change it's location or remove it completely when we don't want to see it.
