What are some popular elite maps ? like rook's nest where you can find a party easily.

Yea, LMM, Sourther Seas, olteger keep are all popular maps.
Elite Tindirin truly is quite managable, usually runs take 15-30 mins depending on the maps. I believe PUGs fail due to a lack of strategy (mob seperation, parking, etc) and a lack of coordination. The reality is Elites aren't about the gear you wear and you also can't charge into enemies' waiting weapons like a lunatic.
