Lol lvl 14 mostly does pve to lvl since u didn't state ur a twink-_-.
For pve type rogue:
all points to dex with some for str and int
In passives get
5 dex,5 str, 5 int, 3 crit or damage
in active skills:
Shadow piercer, trap, shadow viel
u can avoid medic if using pots and use aimed shot
