Arcane/mythic daily?

To get an influx of arcane and mythic items to the poorer population why not have a daily quest only available to capped players (to avoid people just making new accounts and exploiting) that gives an arcane/mythic pet/gear. Give it a chance like a George egg in monkey ball or less to make it not fill the market. In over a year and a half of doing monkey ball I've gotten 3 George eggs.

Or rerelease older arcanes, like mythic pets, so that wealthy players merch them to the masses? The quest idea is better, but sts do not seem inclined to give us stuff at the moment xD
