Talons AA gives +15 INT, shouldn't it be 15+ DEX, it'd be more rouge friendly.

I think the +15 int +8 crit was so that you can fire an extra Aimed Shot shot. It's also a nice pt buff for mages.

The 15int doesn't recover lost mana, it just adds the amount you can have. I just tested it, so it's kinda useless
