cannot upgrade items after goblin event updated

Can anyone tell me what to do? I cannot upgrade my item after updated the goblin event. when try to upgrade it pop up upgrading time 1 sec instead of 12 hrs and it back to front page but didn't upgrade at all.

yeah.,i think, that is 1 of "many errors" attack AL system since Goblin event coming.,
