This can be useful in both CS and Joining games.
In joining games, there's really no way to search for just AO1, unless I'm missing something. You'll always get AO2 included since "Part II" fulfills a "Part I" search.
It would be even better if you could search for a particular chapter in a campaign.
In CS, it would be useful to search for more than one Rarity (aside from using Any). I was thinking of using operators, but then a checkbox would be more useful if, say, you wanted to search for just greens and purples (as in for Winter items).
