Does anyone know a good level 16 Str rhino build? And the items to go along with it. Thank you. My name is Stimulates in game.

Str rhino isn't very good at 16, instead try forgotten bow, 22 int, rest dex. This is a level for rhino I feel like i pioneered after the nerf so....here goes:
5 heal, 1 charge, 3 redemption, 6 vital force.
Use forgotten bow, kite using auto by moving BACKWARDS. Heal off stomp/or heal at 3/5 HP. Right after heal, use charge + redemption, and pray that they don't hit crippling slash. Keep moving backwards, and repeat. If all works, it should be GG.
No its rekts str is good for tanks simply use 22 int rest on str. Just tank del pally mana with paw and plat pack shield. Just pm me.
