why the rush ? , so why not doing the update next year or u know what after 2017 would be good , and i dont have to kill everyone in pvp to get to an event ....

They're making changes based on the feedback they received on the Goblin event, so this is taking time. I'd personally wait and have a better event then a rushed event, that is out "on time".

Also, I hear gym memberships are relatively cheap. Plenty of other things to do.
