How do I make a sig!!

Hello! I'm new to sig making and I wanted to know how to make one I don't want people making me one. :)

Well it's too much to explain the whole procedure of making one here, but I advise using paint.net. It's free and similar to photoshop but easier to learn. The paint.net forum has lots of tutorials for sig making.
