Upgraded mythic quest BUG

Ok I finished mythic quests for my rogue...and just the helmet got upgraded. I didn't know what to do so I created another rogue.....and tried to transfer the mythic items and upgraded helmet isn't tradable. .. whats going onnnnnn?????????
Why didn't my armor get upgraded??????

Correct. It is only stashable.
