Need Help With 51 Dex mage build

Hello there. Im new to PvP and would like to know what skills i should put points into. Im lvl 51 with 122 into INT and 136 into dex for my skills i have

frostbite - 1
lighting - 6
heal - 6
resurrect - 1
firestorm - 6
ice storm - 1
drain life - 1
weakness - 5
nightmare - 5
magic shield - 6
blessing of vitality- 6
blessing of might - 6

my gear is Raid Roach's helm and armor with recurve and talon and wing or Sewer king helm and armor with the Raid roach's recurve and talon and wing. SO if you can help me that would be great. My IGN on my 51 PvP toon is XTIMETOOWNX thanks again.

You still want to use his skill build: 6 fire, 6 frostbite, 6 light, 6 heal, 6 drain, 6 weakness, 6 both buffs, 1 mana shield & 1 revive. It's pretty much the best possible level 51 mage build. Actually you probably want to take a look at his guide anyways, it has some handy tips & strategies that work for a dex mage too. Link. Also, what ring are you using? I'd go with 10 damage/2 crit, but any 10 damage/X ring is fine too.

Im using the fine platinum band of bravery. Ill check the new ring out and ill go with the build he has also and i want to thank all of you for your help. :)
