35 Fox?

I'm planning on making a level 35 fox and i was wondering if it would be any good. It would mainly be for rushing but I might 1v1 on occasion.

Stats:
100 Str
2 Int
78 Dex

Gear:
L35 Int Hallo Helm
L35 Int Hallo Mantle
L32 Green Ice Longsword
Or
L35 Reaper and
L35 Bone Cage

Ring:
2% Dodge, 10 Damage

Face:
Green Fox (+1% Dodge)

Skill Build:
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
