I didn't get my Shield of gratitude

Help! I didn't seem to get my shield of gratitude. The wiki says u have to spend atleast 30 plat but I've spent about 2300 plat and still have not gotten it. I was wondering if you guys could give me a refund?

Shield of Gratitude was for purchasing all of the main campaigns with platinum back when they weren't free.
