Any advice on builds

I just made a rouge character and i dont know what to choose so what skills should i choose
Pve purposes :)

5 aim
4 nox no 'strengthened shot'(there may be a mob of people coming to hate on me for saying that, but I bet I can pve faster)
1 pierce(dont get any upgrade for pve)
4 veil no explode(combusting decay) the dmg ks low
5 dex int dmg crit str

I'd go w/ what Aze said , except if you're just starting out you will prob get more use out of Razor over Veil until you reach elites.

4 viel no explode
4 traps no explode
str int dex crit passives

I dont take dmg cus useless. While standing in veil which is 15% the 5% passive is overridden. If u want 5% dmg between veils use pet. Traps also come in handy to help group mobs for tank to aggro. Also useful if all dps team.
