I need info with dext bird!

Hi, I have a dext bird lvl 22... I already have a lvl 50 bear but i would like to try a bird... Atm I put all my stats points in dext and I maxed : Focus, Thorn root and blast shot ( I can re-boot if its not good)

What I want to know?

- I want to know wich skill does i need to max ( At lvl 50 I plan to do some Pvp )
