Help getting to Nordr

Well, I beat Captain Bloodhammer on Melodywiz, but the portal led to Dragon's Jewel. When I walked through the portal, all Nordr locations were still not accessible. I have a quest to get to Stronghold, but it doesn't have the "go to" button. No other quests can help me, and I have nowhere to go. Please help me access Nordr.

You have to go to kraag. There is a portal there and you have to be lvl 23 to enter

If you aren't level 23+, you have to join a party member in Camp Boulder and get in that way.
