Actually that's on purpose. The helm itself has arcane on it's title. It's just a special AL appearance vanity.

The shield is arcane legends too incase someone didn't notice... It's suppose to be that way all arcane items make up what I thought looked like a reaper. Scythe added I think it's the perfect name for this creep. Let's get him!
