best mages lvl 23 twink

Hellos fellows twink. I am playin in lvl 23 now and i think it's the best. Can anyone point me to some good mages out there that can deal some good damage?:)

quroro samael user he's good mage for guildwar

so far arckane is the only mage can kill me in 1vs1 w/o samael ..but hes stun locked is so annoying

Good question but consider what pet use, and how many super also stats build point :)
