Did any dev ever confirm if there's still gonna happen something with the hatching egg in Stronghold?(egg at the beastmaster there).

To be fair, the entire Nordr quest system fell apart due to glitches that were never resolved. I doubt the egg will ever hatch. Maybe the beast master just has poor eyesight and the " egg" is a smoothed rock.
